Here is how to handle a Flow 1 Error with Jacuzzi or Sundance Spas.
-
Check the Water Level in the spa.
-
-
The water level should be above the top of the highest jet but below the bottom of the pillows. Low water levels can cause Flow Errors.
-
-
Turn the Spa off at the Breaker.
-
Remove the Spa Filters and leave the breaker off for 3-5 minutes.
-
-
Make sure that the spa is clean and clear of debris, then flip the breaker back on without the filters. *If you do not clear the debris, the debris will get stuck in the plumbing*
-
-
Let the spa run through the start-up cycle and begin to prime the pumps.
-
-
Once it has completed priming the pumps, see if the Flow Error has reset.
-
If the Error has resolved itself, the clog is in the Filters, and they need to be either cleaned or exchanged.
-
If the Error is still present, call for service.
